Defines a common standard for test specifications and test schedules produced by contractors supplying electrotechnical equipment for Ministry of Defence use. It should be noted, this Standard may be found useful for application in other engineering fields and its aim is to reduce variety, ensure consistency and completeness hence minimizing support costs. It relates to items other than those covered by Defence Standard 00-9 which are supplied for service use. It describes the various types of test documents needed to support service equipment.
