Gives a listing of text and marked-up technical documents (e.g., specifications, engineering drawings) that identify discrepancies between the materiel (including software) and the requirements delineated in the applicable technical documents. It also provides a documented certification that the audit was completed and any discrepancies have been properly adjudicated.
