Applies to self-propelled, trailed or auxiliary beet-harvesters as well as to individual aggregates to the extent that they are intended to be primarily used for beet-harvesting in the field (e.g. toppers, diggers, gatherers). It applies in particular to stationary and moving parts of these machines, which, because of the arrangement or design, represent a hazard. It applies to new beet-harvesters which, in the sense intended by the Law on Technical Equipment, are being introduced into circulation for the time.
