Diese Norm gilt für die Mikroverfilmung von Zeichnungen und technischen Unterlagen auf Silberhalogenidfilm. Hierbei wird unperforierter Rohfilm 35 mm nach DIN 4518 Teil 1 verwendet, jedoch max. Filmdicke 0,14 mm. Diese Norm enthält Festlegungen über die Anordnung der Aufnahmen auf dem Film sowie die hierbei einzuhaltenden Masse.
