DIN 45671-2:2001-12

Specifies a measurement method using a vibrometer as covered in DIN 45671-1, the aim being to establish the basis for evaluating the mechanical vibration and shock to which humans are exposed. The method also permits evaluation of occupational exposure to vibration as specified in VDI 2057 Parts 1 to 4.3 (see Appendix A), the measurement being carried out at workplaces, e.g. at or on machines, on vehicles, in buildings or an hand-held powered tools, under actual operating conditions and under working conditions.
