This Standard is included in DIN Handbook 175. Specifies a method for testing qualitatively by means of an impact test the adherence of zinc coatings produced by hot-dip galvanizing. The method is particularly suitable for coatings up to 150 [mu]m thick. It is applicable to sheet, sections and components having a minimum wall thickness of 6 mm.
