Gives the method that determines the fusibility (expressed by characteristic fusion temperatures) of ash that results from hard coal, lignite, brown coal and coke. NOTE: The fuel ash fusion method allows conclusions to be drawn on the behaviour of the mineral constituents of the fuels during combustion.
