Specifies vertical double-wall steel tanks, without shell manholes, that are used for the above ground storage of flammable and non-flammable water polluting liquids. The outer wall is made of steel, is impermeable or gastight, and forms a self-contained tank ('outer tank', for short), the height of which is a function of the inner tank's permissible filling height, i.e. corresponding to 95% of its capacity.
