This standard is included in DIN VDE Handbook 41. The standard covers screwdrivers for cross-recessed head screws for working close to, or on, live parts at voltages up to 1000 V a. c. or 1500 V d.c. It specifies safety requirements and main dimensions. See DIN EN 50110-1 regarding the use of tools when working with, on or near electrical installations.
