Proposes the adoption of ISO 7800:1984 as an Australian Standard. ISO 7800 specifies the method for determining the ability of metallic wire of diameter or thickness 0.3 to 10 mm inclusive to undergo plastic deformation during simple torsion in one direction. Copies of ISO 7800 may be purchased from or viewed at Standards Australia offices.
