Proposes requirements for design and construction, and requirements for filters, filter installation, blowers, electrical services and performance, of laminar flow cabinets intended to provide protection for persons against exposure to cytotoxic drugs and for the product or experiment against contamination. The safety cabinets may also be used for other drugs and chemicals requiring both containment and aseptic manipulation.
