Proposes design and performance requirements for industrial gloves and mittens intended to provide protection for hands and portions of the arms against common industrial hazards. Appendices setting out methods of test for performance have been expanded to included puncture and leak testing for thermoplastic gloves and conductive and radiant heat exposure for special purpose gloves and mittens. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
