Proposes the adoption of the SIROWET method of testing building facades, developed by the CSIRO Division of Building, Construction and Engineering. This method, applicable to the laboratory and field testing of all types of facade, monitors water and air filtration as well as deflection of supports and structural performance. This method is proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
