Proposes minimum structural design criteria, performance, installation and renovation requirements for cemetery monuments, vaults in cemeteries, crematoria memorial gardens and war grave monuments above and below the natural ground surface. The proposed Standard does not apply to pet cemeteries or to public monuments other than cemetery monument. Specific comment is sought on footing requirements, thicknesses of various monumental materials and installation practices.
