Proposes the adoption of ISO 11193:1994 which specifies requirements for gloves intended to protect the user and a patient from cross-contamination during medical examinations and diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. It also covers gloves intended for use in handling contaminated medical materials. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
