Proposes materials and mechanical properties for steel set screws and similar threaded fasteners not under tensile stresses of property classes 14H, 22H, 33H and 45H and with thread diameters from 1.6 mm to 39 mm. The property class system is explained and test methods for the determination of mechanical properties are given. Identical with and has been reproduced from ISO/DIS 898-5. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
