Proposes the adoption of ISO/IEC TR 15504-4:1998 as an Interim Australian/New Zealand Standard. The ISO/IEC document provides an overview of process assessment and interprets the requirements through the provision of guidance on the selection and use of compatible models, documented assessment processes, and instruments or tools for assessment. Copies of ISO/IEC 15504-4 may be purchased from or viewed at the head office of either Standards Australia or Standards New Zealand.
