Proposes the adoption of ISO 10006:1997 as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard. Proposes guidance on the application of quality management principles and practices as described in the ISO 9000 family of Standards and the achievement of quality in project management. It is applicable to projects of varying complexity, small or large. It supplements the guidance given in AS/NZS ISO 9000.4, but it is not intended as a guide to project management itself. Copies of ISO 10006 may be viewed at any Standards Australia or Standards New Zealand office.
