Proposes a set of principles which are intended to be used to determine the requirements for connecting large fluctuating loads (producing flicker) to public power systems. This proposed Standard provides guidance on engineering practices which will ensure service quality for all connected consumers. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
