Proposes requirements for safe working on low-voltage electrical installations. The proposed Standard applies to all low-voltage electrical installations and equipment and to all electrical workers including powerline and cable workers. The proposed Standard covers the principles of safe working practices and recommended procedures for safe working practices. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
