EN 1914:2009

This European Standard applies to boats according to Annex II of Directive 2006/87/EC that are used oninland navigation vessels as work boats, ship's boats and lifeboats. It also applies to boats that are usedon inland waterways- as life-saving vessels if no special life-saving equipment is specified for the area of use, or- for the transport of a limited number of persons or relatively small working loads in the construction sitearea and over comparatively short distances.This standard does not apply to recreational craft according to Directive 94/25/EC.
