Describes Bellcore's early preliminary view of potential ISDN Primary Rate Services for PXB's and to invite early industry comment on these services. This document contains a high-level description of potential Primary Rate Services for a public, private and integrated access PRI environment; a description of protocol and protocol mechanisms under consideration for PRI services; a detailed description of services for which Technical Advisories are currently being planned for 1991, including and identification of proposed protocol and a list of issues needing further study and an indication of the relative priority for the remaining services.
