Gives information and guidance concerning acceptable means, but not the only means, that should be used by repair station certificate holders in the United States to obtain Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) and foreign National Aviation Authority (NAA) acceptance under the provisions of Maintenance Implementation Procedures (MIP) concluded pursuant to a Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement (BASA).
