This handbook sets out some recommended practices intended to provide assistance to persons involved in the design and management of a workplace. It deals with basic principles to be applied in order to prevent or minimize the creation of occupational overuse syndrome (see Clause 4.3) and also the need for appropriate education, training, and work organization.
