This document has been written for application across the whole spectrum of sport and recreation, including activities conducted within education institutions at all levels and Government Agencies at all levels. It is anticipated that National and State (or County) organizations will develop (or update current) processes to align with this new Handbook and implement risk management at all levels within their sport or recreation structures.
