Applicable to ISDN terminal equipment, as standardized in Europe (by ETSI) for basic rate and primary rate having an Ia interface which is intended to be connected to a public telecommunications network. This standard is applicable to either stand alone equipment or to plug in units when inserted into host equipment. The frequency range covered is 9 KHz to 400 GHz.
