The Paint, Metal Priming, Slow Drying, must be free from aggregates, gritty particles and visible impurities. It must be suitable for application by (a) brushing, (b) spraying or (c) dipping, either as supplied or after reduction with mineral turpentine in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer.
