The Paint, Metal Priming, Quick Drying, must be free from aggregates, gritty particles and visible impurities. It must be suitable for application by (a) brushing, (b) spraying or (c) dipping, either as supplied or after reduction with mineral turpentine in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer.
