This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the determination method of asbestos in building material products (the preparation of primary analytical sample, the qualitative analytical method for primary analytical sample, the judgment of presence of asbestos, the preparation of secondary and tertiary samples for quantitative determination by X-ray diffraction method employing substrate standard mass absorption correction method).
