JIS B 0252:1996

This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the limit gauges used in the dimensional inspection of the screw for the tolerance classes of 4h, 6h, 6g and 8g of the external threads and the tolerance classes of 4H, 5H, 6H and 7H of the internal treads (hereafter, referred to as \"limit gauges for screw threads\") specified in JIS B 0211, and the gauges used for checking thereon (hereafter, referred to as \"check gauges\", and the limit gauges and check gauges for screw threads are generically called \"gauges\"). The limit and check gauges for screw threads applied to the tolerance classes 1, 2 and 3 of the external and internal threads specified in the Annex of JIS B 0211 are in accordance with the Annex of this Standard.
