This Standard specifies the requirements for case hardened and tempered metric thread rolling screws. Thread rolling screws according to this Standard produce female threads which fit general purpose metric screw threads, in the range from 2 mm up to and including 12 mm nominal thread diameter, for use in general enginierring applications.
