This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the pressure reducing valves for pneumatic pressure of 1 MPa (10.2 kgf/cm*2) to be used in the pneumatic systems used in the mechanical equipments. Furthermore, the pressure of the inlet side of the reducing valve shall be higher than the setting pressure by 0.05 MPa (0.51 kgf/cm*2) or over.
