This Japanese Industrial Standard provides the constructional standard relevant to the parts that receive the pressure of refrigerant to ensure the safety of small refrigerating equipment using a compressore against the pressure of refrigerant. The small refrigerating equipment mentioned in this standard denotes a refrigerating equipment having a nominal refrigerating capacity for one refrigerant circulation system is 660 kcal/h (767 W) and over, up to 10 000 kcal/h (11 628 W) excl. and using a noncombustible and nontoxic refrigerant whose saturated vapour pressure at 35 degree C is over 2 kgf/cm*2 (0.2 MPa) up to and including 30 kgf/cm*2 (3 MPa). It, however, excludes the following: (1) A refrigerating equipment used at an evaporating temperature -60 degree C and under (2) A refrigerating equipment using multi-unit refrigerating system
