This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the absorption refrigerating machines, absorption water chilling and water heating packages and absorption heat pumps having the refrigerating capacity of 25 kW or over per a single machine among those which perform cooling or heating of water, constituting of an absorption refrigeration cycle with generators (including high temperature generators, and low temperature generators) condenser, absorber, evaporator, etc. by using water as a refrigerant and lithium-bromide water solution as an absorbent solution and supplying heating sources to the generator or high temperature generator.
