This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate films, of which the characteristics are uniform lenghtwise and widthwise, and which can be used for the electric insulation of electric appliances, electronic appliances, and electric wire, and for the dielectric for capacitors.
