This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies portable disc grinders with rated frequencies 50 Hz/60 Hz in common which are used with the grinding wheel specified in JIS R 6213 or that of high strength (4300 m/min) specified in JIS R 6241 attached (hereafter referred to as \"grinders\").
