This Standard specifies requirements for the following items of rolled, forged, or cast solid wheels of unalloyed steels for rolling stock in accordance with Table 1 and Table 1A of JIS E 5402-1 and Clause 4: a) the dimensional requirements shown in Table 3, Table 4, and Table 4A; b) the surface roughness; c) the residual static imbalance.
