This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the fluorescent paint for safety colour, hereinafter referred to as the \"fluorescent paint\", used for the purposes of preventing accidents at business places such as work shops, mines, schools, hospitals, theaters, etc., road vehicles, ships, safety devices of aviation, etc. The fluorescent paint is the liquid made from organic fluorescentpigment, acrylic resin varnish, etc. as main raw materials.
