This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the crayons and oil pastels made for common use by mixing and remolding pigment, fat and oil, wax, etc. to solidify them. Crayons and pastels for specialists, water soluble crayons, resin crayons and pastels not containing fat and oil or wax are excluded.
