This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the catheters and tubes for lower intestinal tracts, which are designed to be orally, nasogastrically, percutaneously or anally inserted into lower intestinal tracts for the purpose of de-pressurization or evaporation of the contents in intestinal tracts from the body, expansion of stricture, or injection of contrast medium, etc.
