This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the eye protectors worn by individual worker for protecting his eyes, in a place where harmful ultraviolet and infrared rays and strong visible rays, hereinafter referred to as \"harmful radiation\", are arising, hereinafter referred to as \"protectors\". The mask body of face shields for welders, however, is excluded.
