This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies supplied-air respirators (hereafter referred to as the \"respirators\") to be used where there is a fear for human body to be hazard by inhalation of gas, vapor, or granular substances floating in air (hereafter referred to as the \"hazardous substances\") in generic name or oxygen deficient atmosphere in a factory, places of business such as mining, a fire scene, ships, and other places.
