This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the portable ramps to be set on stairs, steps or the area where a gap exists to make it possible to pass through by supporting the load with both ends for manually propelled wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs. Ramps fixed by claws, etc. shall be excluded.
