This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the method of the test (site test method) to routinely examine the weld diameter, the plug diameter, and the fracture mode of the spot welds and the projection welds which are made by laminating two or more metallic materials of 0.5 mm to 3.2 mm in thickness by making use of the chisel test, the peel test, and the twist test at the workshop or the testing area in a factory.
