This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the general items in the case of using fluorescent colours for marking of installations or places, (hereafter referred to as the \"places\"), for prevention of accidents and rescue systems, in factories, mines, construction workshops, schools, hospitals, theaters, stations, roads, wharves, sharves, airports (except airplane runways), vehicles, ships, airplanes, etc. the safety colours used in reilway crossing equipment shall be in accordance with JIS E 3
