This document is intended to aid users in identifying viable SE data sources, searching existing SE assets, and obtaining data which could be used to determine if SE exists in the DoD inventory that could be used for a specific application and to generate a SERD. This handbook is for guidance only. This handbook cannot be cited as a requirement. If it is, the contractor does not have to comply.
