Defines a titrimetric procedure for determination of the free- formaldehyde content of amino resins. Applies to resins resulting from the polycondensation of urea and melamine with formaldehyde and to furan resins which result from the polycondensation of furfuryl alcohol with formaldehyde without further modifications. Does not apply to furan resins modified with phenolic resins.
