Specifies requirements for apparatus incorporating facilities for barring classes of outgoing calls and certain outgoing calls to a public switched telephone network (PSTN). Applies to apparatus where the decision to bar a call is undertaken by means external to the apparatus or means within the apparatus. Does not apply to mechanical attachments that restrict operation of the keypad or dial.
