SR TSV 002422 : ISSUE 1

Presents a phased manner to the implementation of the Switched Multi-megabit Data Service (SMDS) Customer Network Management (CNM) service. SMDS CNM is documented in TA-TSV-001062, which describes the set of service capabilities, information set, & access mechanisms for support of SMDS CNM service. It is expected that this full set of SMDS CNM features will be implemented in a phased approach. The purpose of this document is to define the initial set of service capabilities, information, & access mechanisms to be provided in the first phases of SMDS CNM service.
