Outlines the proposed generic requirements for Telecommunications Huts. Telecommunications Huts are fully assembled, transportable structures capable of housing an electronic communications system. These Huts provide a controlled internal environment for the equipment and occasional occupancy by craftpersons. The requirements have been upgraded to provide an environment comparable to that found in Central Offices. This environment is needed to accommodate Remote Switching Units and other environmentally sensitive equipment being placed in Huts.
